Shipping policy

Shipping charges

• India: free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value.
• Outside India: a flat ₹500 per order, however many items the order contains. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
• India: delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• International: delivery usually takes 10–20 business days after dispatch.

During festivals and sale periods courier networks can be busier than usual, so please order early. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote locations.

Tracking

Once your order ships we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order on our Track Order page.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
