• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser information, collected with cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders and to send order updates.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To understand how the website is used and to measure and improve our advertising.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and tools from Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits and the performance of our ads. These providers may receive information such as pages visited and purchases made, and hashed contact details when you place an order. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the store — payment (Razorpay), delivery partners, email and hosting providers, and the analytics and advertising services above. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing shrinandanigems@gmail.com.
