Is shipping really free?+
Yes. Every order delivered within India ships free, with no minimum order value. International orders are charged a flat ₹500 per order, however many items you buy.
How long does delivery take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days within India and 10–20 business days internationally. You can follow your order on our Track Order page.
Which payment methods can I use?+
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
Please share an unboxing photo or video with us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
How should I choose a Rudraksha?+
A 5 Mukhi Rudraksha is the most widely worn bead and suits everyone. Traditionally, specific mukhis are associated with particular deities and planets — many people consult their family astrologer before choosing. You can also message us on WhatsApp for help.
Do you ship outside India?+
Yes. We ship worldwide for a flat ₹500 per order. Customs duties or import taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, any time before it is dispatched — just contact us with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Are your products natural?+
Our Rudraksha beads, gemstones and crystals are natural. Natural materials vary slightly in colour, size and pattern, so every piece is unique.
Is it safe to pay on your website?+
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, one of India's largest payment gateways. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
